ZUMBA® is perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. How It Works: We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Zumba® classes are typically about 1 hour and are made by instructors called ZIN™ (Zumba Instrutor Network). In one Zumba® class, a person can burn up till 500/600 calories, depending on the energy put forth. The music comes from the several dance styles as cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton samba and more.
